Ok So i thought. . IVP selection for both Guys and Gurls are over . Time for an update . Thursday's training. I wasn't feeling too good with a very full stomach. Hahaaha but i still went on with training. Training was fun isn't it? Especially Beginner gurls? Speaking of which, i see that the gurls are improving really quick. That's good, that's good. Keep it up! . Members, bet yall know who is Enen by now. PLEASE STOP HER FROM RUNNING!!! Her knee is giving her real problem and she don't seem to care! . Grab her and tie her legs!! . .
