Alright people!Hope this week training is alright with you. For both the advance and beginners =) Just a reminder, due to upcoming polympics on coming Monday, trainings on both Tuesday and Thursday are cancelled. For those who attended training, please kindly help to infom those who did not attend training today(30/10). For polympics helpers, please remember to be there @ stated time and please please please be in your sports attire =) Wear shoe eh! =) In addition, to those who are taking part in the Polymopics, ALL THE BEST!
